📦 Where is Echo X based?
Echo X is a UK-based fashion brand. All orders are processed and shipped from our UK warehouse unless otherwise stated.
🚚 How long does delivery take?
At Echo X, we collaborate with trusted fulfillment partners to deliver your orders efficiently. Shipping times and costs are determined by the destination and the weight of your order.

Standard Shipping: 4–14 business days
🌍 International Shipping
We ship to over 25 countries, including the US, Canada, Australia, and various European nations. Shipping times and rates vary by destination and order weight. For detailed information, please refer to our Shipping Information page.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including:

📬 Can I change or cancel my order?
We move fast — so once an order is placed, it’s sent straight to processing. If you need to make a change, email us ASAP at hello@echo-x.co.uk and we’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee edits once it’s confirmed.
🔁 What’s your returns policy?
You can return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
- unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.
- accessories, underwear, bodysuits, and sale items are non-returnable.
To start a return, email us at returns@echo-x.co.uk with your order number.
👕 How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a Size Guide to help you find your best fit. If you're between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for comfort. Still unsure? Drop us a DM or email and we’ll help.
💸 Do you offer refunds?
Yes — once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
💌 I received the wrong or a faulty item — what now?
We’ve got you. If anything’s wrong with your order, email us within 48 hours of receiving it at hello@echo-x.co.uk with your order number and a photo, and we’ll sort it quickly.
